The Hamilton Family Health Team offers groups to help you better manage your health. If you struggle with anxiety and/or depression, speak with your Family Physician, Nurse or Mental Health Counsellor.
Offered both online and in-person based on patient preference. Once a week, for 6 weeks.

Are you afraid of being judged by others in social situations? Do you avoid public speaking, having conversations with people, or going to parties or meetings? It might be helpful for you to learn and practice skills where other people “get it”.

In this group, you will explore what and who matters in your life and the obstacles that get in the way of moving toward the person you want to be. This group invites you to experiment with new ways of responding to challenges, ways that are effective AND allow you to grow with purpose and vitality.
