This group is open to youth within the Greater Hamilton Health Network (Hamilton, Haldimand, Niagara) ages 12-18 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, Two Spirit, trans, non-binary, queer and/or questioning their sexual orientation or gender. Learn strategies to manage chronic pain. Living Better with Pain is a 6-week group for people living with chronic pain and includes weekly group sessions and several 1:1 appointments with a Physiotherapist.
Have you had pain for more than 6 months and need help dealing with it? This group is led by a Physiotherapist, with guest speakers such as pharmacists, mental health counsellors and registered dieticians.
