When we eat healthy, be active, and practice mindfulness, we can become our best selves. In our Healthy You group, you will learn how to modify your lifestyle choices so that you can feel your best. This program will help you make healthy lifestyle changes to improve your health and feel better about yourself.
This program is once a week for 6 weeks, 2 hours.
Offered both virtually and in-person based on patient preference. Virtual workshops are designed to be interactive. Please note that virtual workshops require your video/camera to be on.
