Do you have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep?
This workshop is open to anyone over the age of 19 within the Greater Hamilton Health Network (Hamilton, Haldimand, Niagara) who wants to improve the quality of their sleep.
Two workshops, every other week, 2 hours each, offered both online or in-person. Virtual workshops are designed to be interactive. Please note that virtual workshops require your video/camera to be on.
Participants will:
Explore the factors that can impact sleep
Learn about how to improve their sleep environment
Improve the quality of their sleep
