The Hamilton Family Health Team offers a group to help you improve your sleep. If you struggle with sleep issues, speak with your Family Physician, Nurse or Mental Health Counsellor.
Offered both online and in-person based on patient preference. Two sessions, bi-weekly, every other week, two hours per session.

This group is for anyone who wants to improve the quality of their sleep.
Come learn helpful strategies such as sleep hygiene skills and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) concepts in this group.
