ADHD in Adults: Focus, Function and Facts


If you are feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or struggling with focus and organization and want some information about stimulant, non-stimulant and non-pharmacological treatment options.

AFFIRM


AFFIRM is an nine-session, in-person group designed for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth aged 11–18, providing a supportive space to explore identity, manage emotions, and build confidence.
Groups run after school for youth ages 11–13 and 14–18.
In partnership with Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board and Compass Community Health.

Bariatric Support Group


Run through our partners at Barrie Family Health Team, the session will assist bariatric patients in the lifelong management of their obesity as a chronic disease post gastric-bypass surgery.
1 Session, 1.5 h
Binge Eating Disorder Group


A 6-week in-person skills group focused on identify triggers to binge eating and strategies to have a better relationship with food. Offered in partnership with Body Brave. Co-led by social worker and registered dietitian.

Enjoy a budget-friendly meal. Take away tips for eating well while spending less.

Diabetes Series


Learn about lifestyle strategies to delay or prevent diabetes in our Diabetes Prevention workshop. Join our Diabetes Management workshop to learn about lifestyle strategies, monitoring blood sugars and medications to manage your diabetes.

Pelvic Exercise and Education Program (P.E.E)


Designed for individuals with stress urinary incontinence symptoms
(i.e. leaking pee when coughing, sneezing, laughing and/or exercising
Eligibility: Ages 20-64 years (no private benefits and not on ODSP/OW).
Entry to this program requires an assessment by one of our pelvic health physiotherapists. Once you have submitted your request, you will be contacted by phone to book your appointment.
