As you get older, you are more likely to have problems falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up in the morning. It is important to sleep well so that you feel well during the day. There are things you can do in the day time and before bed to make sure that you get a good night's sleep. These activities and routines are called "sleep hygiene".
