If you don't have a car or don't drive, you can still get to where you need to go. Many of the driving programs below are cheap, and someone will help you get in and out of the car or bus if you need it.

DARTS (Disabled and Aged Regional Transportation System) |
Phone: 905-529-1212 DARTS is a bus service that is meant for people who use wheelchairs or scooters or can't use the city bus because of a health problem. The bus will pick you up from your home and take you to where you need to go. You have to fill out a form and send it to the City of Hamilton before you can use this bus. Your doctor will need to fill out part of the form. You have to pay for this service. |

VON Hamilton Volunteer Drivers |
Phone: 905-529-0700 Volunteer drivers will help you get rides to and from medical appointments only. Someone will pick you up from your house, take you to your appointment, and drive you back home. The driver will come to the waiting room with you and wait for you to finish your appointment. You have to pay for this service, but costs are low. |
