The TB clinic at the Hamilton Family Health Team serves all patients in Hamilton who need non-medically necessary TB testing. You must have a doctor in Greater Hamilton Area to be able to access an appointment at this clinic. Medically necessary testing or testing for school-related purposes can be accessed at your family doctor's office. A service fee of $20.00 must be paid by debit at time of the screening test.
Our clinic is open weekly from Tuesday to Friday. Appointment hours are as follows:
Tuesday - 8:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Wednesday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Thursday - 8:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Friday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
If you have had a recent vaccination including MMR (measles, mumps, Rubella), Varicella (chicken pox), Shingles (Shingrix, Zostavax), Rotavirus, or yellow fever you must wait 30 days after the vaccine to book your TB test.
You can make an appointment online (you will be required to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire before you are able to book an appointment). Appointments can also be made over the phone at 905-667-4848 you must dial extension 156 or 130
