Lead Physician
Our lead physician works to engage family doctors across the Hamilton Family Health Team (HFHT) in support of primary care reform. The Lead Physician is also responsible for bringing the family doctors' perspectives to all areas of the HFHT's ongoing planning and development.

Deputy Lead Physician
The Deputy Lead Physician supports the work of the Lead Physician by developing and maintaining physician engagement and are responsible for bringing the perspective of family physicians to all aspects of the ongoing planning and development of the HFHT.
